This only applies to what he has privately already told investigators. It does not apply to anything he would have said during this court proceeding. That's why the judge allowed him to plead the fifth, if he had full immunity from prosecution he probably would have been forced to testify.

They could grant him full immunity. They have no desire to get to the bottom of this.

That is how afraid of Hillary he is.
Afraid of Hillary or the actions he took at her and her staffs request? I submit that.

Expecting govt to police itself is a joke. Strip them of their power over us.

And he should be. There are a lot of bodies lining the road of the Clinton political machine.

Maybe if they offered him witness protection through the US Marshals.

What's the difference? Either way it leads back to the same conclusion. If the guy has a pass he can implicate himself fully and he is teflon... however, if he pleads the 5th and doesn't cooperate then we can assume guilt by action. He has something to hide, and it is not good for Hillary.

We're all shocked, no really, shocked that she could be implicated in something illegal...

I don't know about you but if I'm being interviewed by the FBI in a criminal probe and have been granted immunity from anything I tell them I'm going to tell them everything. They may have even done this on purpose to maintain the integrity of their investigation.

How has the IRS investigation gone? This is no different. They are all in it together. As noted above, they are not going to actually investigate anyone as it means they get investigated in the future.

Based on what I have read and know of Comey I'm confident he is doing a fair and unbiased investigation. He's considered a letter of the law type of guy. Keep in mind this is someone as acting AG under the Bush administration who threatened to resign along with numerous other staff because of NSA spying. His credentials and history are impeccable.

This is the same argument I heard about the IRS investigation. We will note, you ignored that part of my argument.

Are you going to tell me that this exact same thing wasn't said about Goudy? How many times are you going to allow them to pull this stuff?

Hillary knows how to surround herself with the right people, that's for sure.
