The clinics are already regulated like any other outpatient medical clinic.

I don't see how that's not a violation of the Constitution's equal protection clause when other surgery centers are required to meet certain minimum medical standards.
Other than the FACT that the clinics were already regulated BEFORE the new law, and still have to follow the regulations that were in place before the new law was passed.

So, PullMyFinger, you want abortion banned so that pregnant women who want an abortion can get on the Internet and google what in the name of hell they're supposed to do with a coat hanger in order to induce an abortion? Do tell us why the hell do you so strongly support putting women through this horror?

That said, it is a Constitutional right for women to take risks with their own health. That's exactly what this ruling does: preserves the right of women to agree to be treated as 2nd class citizens in regards to their health.
Making abortions harder to get and so forcing a woman to do it yourself at home abortion makes her a third class citizen where she is not getting any expert medical attention at all. Under such circumstances, there is greater likelihood of severe complications. So InformedConsent, you are very, very, wrong with your thoughts.

Tell us this, what is the difference between a premature baby in the NICU and one at the same stage of development that has yet to be delivered?
Tell me this: why do conservatives always want to compare apples to oranges?

Once again, you are so wrong with your thoughts, I can only take pity out on you as a human being.

I always thought surgery involved cutting through skin, like a C-section. Taking a pill or having a D&C is not surgery.
