Read it again. It says "arrested", not "convicted". Still think it's a good idea?

what if you were arrested during a protest for just holding up a banner? do you really want the gov't deciding if you should have your rights?

Hawaii Becomes First State to Put Gun Owners in FBI Database

Who got to determine, they were no longer people?

The right of the people to keep & bear arms, shall not be infringed.

A gun registry has been determined to be unconstitutional and the first step in confiscation.
I bet many Hawaiians do not consent to that tyranny, by not registering their arms.

This is complete non-sense. They should be able to take your 2nd amendment right because you are just arrested. Even if you are arrested. Police shouldn't have the authority to decide. It should be a higher court on the federal side. I still strongly disagree.

we have very little gun violence in Hawaii compared to the mainland. our gun laws are the reason as well as not having thousands, and thousands of guns laying around for criminals to steal, trade or have easily at hand. Hawaii and the people living here are ok with this. we also have plenty of people who do have guns and they don't seem to have a problem with this either. don't like our gun laws move to a state that has laws you can live with.
