What is the difference between prostitution being illegal and gay sex being illegal? Laws making gay sex illegal are still on the books. Both laws infringe on civil rights.

btw... another weak attempt at distraction. Whether or not human rights and freedoms are violated by religious entity or atheist entity doesn't change whether it should be accepted or not.
