Guy With Backpack Jumps Up on The Bar and Yells "Allah is the only one true god." (Muslim, foreign)

Lt. Joey Hoadley tells KTVB that officers were on scene less than two minutes after receiving the call. Horsewood's owners, Jessie and Aaron Horsewood, explain the event as surreal. They say the young man had been sitting in the bar for a while when he suddenly climbed up on top of the bar, told everyone to be quiet, and yelled, "Allah is the only one true god." The Horsewoods say customers immediately bolted out, running to every door in the restaurant. "It was surreal," Jessie Horsewood said. "There were purses left on chairs, cell phones left on tables."
The guy, Ralmanzow Bell, 21, was drunk. In his backpack was a bottle of booze. Police arrested him for disorderly conduct. They say he has a long history with the police.
A couple of things and the last two have to do with shoddy reporting:
The people in the bar did the right thing but they could have shot him so the drunk is lucky.
Neither the UK paper nor the local NBC affiliate nor Fox News even say if he's a Muslim. Shouldn't they? If he's not, the Muslims could use a break. If he is, what's he doing drunk?
Lastly, and this is my biggest problem: Exactly what kind of history does he have with the police? It seems to me his multiple run-ins with the police should be a part of the story. None of the reports say what those run ins with the police were. Plus, Fox News identifies him as an Iowa man but the other reports say it happened in Idaho. Is the guy from Iowa but was in Idaho or did Fox News screw up and Iowa has nothing to do with it?
I have a sick sense of humor but this story is not funny at all.
Others don't either, they just say it to get a reaction.......and a possible rep point. Nothing like sitting behind a keyboard while Americans are in foreign countries fighting the very people who get drunk and yell allah akbar......if they were shot these people would also stand up and say Americans are picking on muslims.
