This whole country is becoming like a third world country; crooked government and all. Today the news told us that some people are more equal than others in two different messages. If white police officers do their jobs, they are investigated as criminals or so it seems. While those who pick and choose which laws they want to enforce are sent to investigate them. But you can break the law and run for president at the same time. Yes, we're there! The good old USA Banana Republic.
Former manufacturing areas, mainly in the inner cities and small towns, were abandoned and left to rot decades ago. This is not a red or blue issue but has to do with the fact our Government and Central Bank have been hi-jacked by parasitic and nationless corporations majority owned by trans-national people. Their interests do not align with the interests of the United States or the American people.
They want a global system of economic hegemony and a severe decline in the economic power and independence of the American people, while most Americans are too busy trying to put food on the table or just distracted by mindless entertainment/consumerism to care.
Quite sad that we have been witnessing the disappearance of the "first and largest Middle Class in history" and people are too eager to align with a "political team" and bicker over fallacies and non-sense to care.
actually america has ALWAYS had elements of third world countries since its inception, and that has continued through today. we have always had rich, middle class, and poor areas, as well as very poor areas. and one can find those areas in just about every state in the union.
