Remember when candidate Obama said that striking countries without congressional approval was illegal if they didn't pose a direct and immediate threat? All the gullible people that cheered, chanted, and fainted when he said that are now silent.
I guess there isn't much to say since GOP affirmed him he has Congressional approval.

Beginning with the CIA backed Iran coup in 1953 I'd like to knowjust how much we've spent (as if that'll ever be accounted for ) sticking our nose where it didn't belong vs. what benefit(s) the US derived from that expenditure.
I'm guessing the cost in American blood and taxpayer $$$ vs. the return would be sickening to any thinking American.

On another front, remember when Obama said in 2011 that all combat troops would be out of another country --- Afghanisomething --- by the 2012 election. Instead, he announced during July 4th week, we're leaving more troops there than he told us last year: 8,400 rather than 5,500.
Looking ahead to the year 2020 when Clinton has even more troops and messy entanglements around the world, I can hear and read the words, 'Bush didit.'
