Obama launches 2,800 strikes on Iraq, Syria without congressional approval - Washington Times

Obama Says He Doesn't Need Congress' Permission to Strike Syria, So Why is He Asking for It? - The Atlantic

Beginning with the CIA backed Iran coup in 1953 I'd like to knowjust how much we've spent (as if that'll ever be accounted for ) sticking our nose where it didn't belong vs. what benefit(s) the US derived from that expenditure.

I'm guessing the cost in American blood and taxpayer $$$ vs. the return would be sickening to any thinking American.

In his mind, he does not think he is a promise breaker and a debt hiker . He believes he is Noble Peace Prize Winner , and is always doing right.

Oh I feel so much better knowing that the U.N. is receiving funding here.

If he was smart, he would be coordinating air strikes with Assad. He is the one that can keep those whackos in check.

No money has ever been squandered by the U.N....

Their war (Syrians), let them fund it and provide their own humanitarian aid. We just won't learn.

On another front, remember when Obama said in 2011 that all combat troops would be out of another country --- Afghanisomething --- by the 2012 election. Instead, he announced during July 4th week, we're leaving more troops there than he told us last year: 8,400 rather than 5,500.

Looking ahead to the year 2020 when Clinton has even more troops and messy entanglements around the world, I can hear and read the words, 'Bush didit.'
