You are correct. I see a lot of "honor" killings being done by Christians across the globe daily....

Not defending Christianity , I think all religions are whack but of all of them practiced in this world in modern times, one is a clear standout as far as violence.

I do not care for the religion of Islam, and it is solely because of how women are treated.

May she rest peacefully.

Where is the outrage of the women marchers?

Oh, they are too busy fixing their p-ssy hats for the selfie to post on social media, standing in line for Starbucks while denouncing capitalism, and yelling about equal pay when they only work parttime and figuring out how to include their participation in the march as part of their doctorate thesis.

Because life in the USA is so oppressive to women.

Good gawd.

Jesus taught "love your enemy as your friend".

Mohammad taught "Kill the infidel". He was a pedophile warlord and a murderer. Hardly comparable.

The ones that commit the extreme acts are the ones most devoutly following the teachings of Mohammad and are the "good Muslims".

Agreed.

If a devout Christian finds out you are an atheist, they will pray for you.

If a devout Islamist finds out you are an atheist, he will cut your head off.

And there are people stupid enough to say they are comparable.

Wow. I'm a Christian and it seems a lot of you don't remember the horrific things that Christians have done at times as well. It just so happens that Islam is more prevalent in underdeveloped countries.

I mean seriously, pick up any book on the reformation where it deals with the bloodshed and massacres.

Then look into various pogroms.

Spanish Inquisition.

Accusations of witch-craft.

Women couldn't even vote in this Christian majority country until 100 years ago.

Just pointing out that you need to sometimes separate the culture from the religion and not mix the two into one.
Otherwise do you want to accept that various purges, mass killings etc. were due to Christianity and not to culture etc?

I'm sure we all get that, but in the here and now , there is only one cult , I mean religion that is still violent.

Spanish Inquisition-1478
Salem witch trials-1692

ISIS/Al Qaeda/Muslim FGM/Honor Killings-2018

Now, I can agree that Islam puts Muslim culture at least 300 years behind the civilized world.
