I completely agree with you. I support all the main points of the OP, and place far more blame on the racism that is rampant among American conservatives, but Obama doesn't help by politicizing racial issues in order to score points with his base.
But what would you have him say? He has been trying to sit on the fence as best he can. Should he not acknowledge the deaths of some African Americans at the hands of police as questionable at all?
It's hilarious to put the blame for bad race relations on people who have no choice but to comment on police actions over the actual police actions that resulted in the killings themselves and inspired the anger.

Police shootings are not part of Obama's job. But he's a racist and chooses to defend the blacks who get shot by cops and chooses to ignore whites that are shot by cops.

Be clear please. His words, may be the root cause of some of the bullets flying. His tone his attitude, and which cases, he chose to make a statement. How many times did we hear his nonsense, and in some cases silent. Why is that. Some people can't handle truth.
