This will no doubt be challenged in the courts, but our ******* AG is reinterpreting the Mass. "assault weapons" ban. She looks to be turning current owners into felons, but appears to say she won't be charging current owners (see quote). Very kind of her.

The US is a lawless banana republic. Whoever is in power believes that the rules and laws don't apply to them.
It will be interesting when an AG in another state decides NOT to enforce gun laws because he/she doesn't agree with them. The precedent is there already in the form of sanctuary cities and drugs legalization.

Our plans to move out of MA will be accelerated. It's time to move on.
The problem with the courts is Hillary will appoint liberal left wing activists to the court. They will use that activism to trash the 2nd amendment. That's why this election is so important. Once you have a liberal court this country is shot.
why is it that the ACLU sues on behalf of Americans who have had their civil rights violated, except when the 2A is involved? not just regarding this issue, but some states really abuse people's rights.
This is why open carry is so critical in free states, so that slaves in slave states like MA and CA with cable reception can see that these aren't contraband.
