He lied. Wow didn't see that coming.

Funny how you want us out of the Middle East but won't blame the president for keeping us there. If the President were white you'd be all over him.

The new democrat party slogan - Keeping your word is for the other guy
The repubs are no dream but the democrat party is the party of sleaze. They used to stand for something. They used to have backbone.
Of course it's on Obama. He owns it, just like Bush did when he was the CIC. O owns Libya, the Afghanistan surge, and Syria too. Apparently he was too stupid to learn from Bush's mistake in IRAQ. No surprise, its not like his community organizing background prepared him to be CIC of the military smack:

Yep Obama is a Bush uncorrected
Seems like every President wants our troops somewhere except back here protecting our borders.

I clearly disagree with D.D. also but from more than a couple discussions I never saw our disagreement as a black and white thing. IMO if the current (D) president was white, D.D. would still be trying to deflect his failures on the (R)'s.

He doesn't really deflect them on the repubs imo. It's not our concern is his stock answer which he is correct on.
However he won't blame the president for keeping us over there even though that is one of the presidents jobs. Controlling troop movements. The blame is 100 percent on Obama.

Absolutely, I was just saying I don't think its a black/white thing but a R/D thing. He would deflect blame from a white (D) president also.

We still have troops in Japan and Germany, 70 years after the war, South Korea 60 years after that war, what makes one think that we would have been out of Iraq and Afghanistan after only 10 years? Even after the Bush Administration started referring to the War on Terrorism as a long war.

President Obama was just showing is naivety by declaring troops would be out by the end of his administration(s).

America never leaves, folks. Never.
