Problem is the outcome of those incidents.
It's not satisfactory at all and whole PD/Union backs their mistakes instead of punishing them.

I want to not be shot for being a bystander. Ask Charles Kinsey about it. This isn't about him being black or not, the cops fired into a "crowd" of two people, didn't take into account what was behind the target, and missed and shot someone they did not intend to shot.
