Is wiki leaks STILL in business? How can it be? And we are wondering if Hillary's server was hacked?

It just acts like an online drop-box from what I understand, they just manage the site. Others that work independently contribute - spys and hackers that have another agenda for publically exposing what they found.
So essentially it works like "wiki" - all user contributions, essentiall unvetted, typically biased, frequently incorrect. In leaks of course it typically includes illegally obtained information.
I can pretty much 100% guarantee whatever was on Hillary's server (and we have no idea of what was on it totally) is in the hands of both the Russians and Chinese and a number of other countries. They have very developed electronic spy capabilities, a private server is a piece of cake to them. They have no need for wikileaks, they just keep the knowledge to themselves.

In the midst of this DNC email scandal, NOBODY is asking how the leak actually happened. Perhaps they are afraid people would connect it to the whole Hillary situation and how easy could have been to steal her stuff too.

Actually a hacker named Guccifer2.0 hacked the DNC server, from what I understand, the information was in the hands of the Russians who then passed it on to Wiki.

I think blame needs to be placed where it belongs. It is up to the owner of information, or those charged/employed to keep it safe. It is a "responsibility" that goes along with having information.

"Journalism is printing what someone else does not want printed: everything else is public relations." - Orwell

In the general absence journalism, sites like WikiLeaks pop up to fill the void. Its not like the fact the DNC supported Clinton was unexpected - any of the major media organizations could have uncovered this fact with the slightest amount of effort. They've just determined that PR is safer and entertainment is more profitable than journalism.

I wonder what was in it for the Russians? Putin is pissed at the Clinton's or Obama for something.
That Julian Assange guy has appeared on Russian TV before, on a propaganda show - that might be where the link is.
This is only the beginning, more is going to come out through the next few months.
