I am not impressed.

They are STILL not owning up to that throat slitting is in the Islamic culture, if not the scriptures themselves. Going to a funeral is not going to bring anybody back. There is not one piece of evidence that they co opted a single murder case. In Belgium police had to fight the residents of Mollenbeck to get to the terrorists. There is actual video.

Keep in mind that there are many more Islamic extremist intimidation, threats and many young women being sexual harassed on a daily base.

As a real estate broker we learn that steering is not allowed but Muslims all over there world often move close together and entire communities change into Muslim communities with Shari law and all the problem related to that. No assimilation and therefore the issues start to build up.

A Christian attended a mosque and 1 imam chastised 2 dead men... Ok, whatever.

It's a positive step for anyone that really wants peace, what do you think would be move in the right direction.

Maybe you can get "all of Christianity together" and declare no more wars by Christians.

Republicans do.

There are 50+ Muslim countries that do not even allow Gay Pride Parades or Apostasy.

Here in US, in fact entire institutions are run by Democrats, like Hollywood, Media, Academia, etc.

The only good reason to compare Republicans to Muslims is to give Muslims a free pass. Democrats do this because they are Islamophillic.

Republicans didn't want gays to have rights. You had to be dragged, kicking and screaming, as you have had to with every group's human rights in the history of this country - - and only a disingenuous/ignorant "well Lincoln was a Republican" can be argued by your side otherwise.

Every system needs two opposing ideas to balance it. The fact is the Western Eco-system allows this. The two groups; Republicans/Conservatives and Democrat/Liberal have different world views, and that is healthy.

In Islam, its just the sword to the neck. Different views are not tolerated.

There are 50+ Muslim countries, and the vast majority are hell-holes for Women, LGBT, and Minorities.

Islam has no place in a civilized society.

As far as I can tell, Islam focuses on practice, not on belief. As long as you behave like a believer, & no one competent to swear otherwise can claim that you don't, you're fairly safe. Islam hardly considers free will, the individual, separation of church & state, & most of the institutional rights that individuals have in the West.

Our best bet to help in the reform of Islam? It's probably to achieve fusion as a power source, & turn all that fossil fuel in the Middle East & elsewhere into so much lubricant. Once they can't throw petro-dollars @ their problems, nor stave off rising economic & political expectations without that income, the existing regimes will either reform, go under, or become even most despotic.
