Yep. As soon as another firewall goes up, somebody breaches it. It's more widespread than people realize.

Who cares, it's information and its information the people are entitled to.

And too bad if some political operative, public servant, bureaucrat, presidential hopeful gets revealed for the low life that they are.

Apparently not a lot of people are concerned about a foreign power trying to sway an election.

All those foreign donations into the Clinton Foundation, sure sway something buying political influence.
No wonder she said there is no way to restrict outsourcing.

I agree- it seems to me that Putin would want the weaker of the two candidates to win. While he may personally respect Trump more than Hillary, it would be to his advantage for Hillary to win.

"But Russia could end up winning either way. If Trump and his skepticism toward NATO doesn't take the White House, a weakened Clinton at the head of a frayed Democratic Party and a damaged democratic system also serves Moscow's purposes."

Are any of you bothered at all by the fact that this is even possible? I'm not saying that the DNC emails are somehow excused, but aren't we ignoring the real "Elephant in the room" here in ignoring the implications of a foreign government, a HOSTILE foreign government could be meddling in our elections?

The possibility concerns me.

The foreign hostile govt is called Saudi Arabia and it's already messed with our political system - where have you been?

Democrat Convention ... How bad Trump is. Nothing else.

Republican Convention ... All the problems the Democrats created, Obama & Hillary in particular and what has to take place to solve the constant taking of liberty, with no rule of law to be found in the last 8 years.

Countries try to sway the political elections of others countries all the time. The USA does it too.

Big whoop.

NO

The "elephant in the room" is the fact that the FBI just couldn't find Hillary's emails and DNC emails, yet the Russians had no problem producing them.

That simple fact shows that the FBI is crooked from top to bottom. When we have to rely on foreign governments for information which should be readily available, we have entered a police state.

You missed the part where the FBI director said they were able to put together the lost e-mails, and had released those except the ones classified.

It must be rough when you have selective hearing.
