Here's the list of people who got set free. Im pretty critical of Barack, but in this case, i think he at least did a good job letting some of the people out that shouldn't have been in there that long, now, i didn't go over the list so i can't comment on which ones were let out that shouldn't be, but nobody ought to be serving a life sentence because they got caught smoking some crack or something similar.
Oh no...those supporting the Law and Order candidate might have a stroke. I'm going to guess that most of these people have non-violent drug convictions...so meh.
Many of these "non violent offenders" committed their crime while in possession of a firearm.
Crimes committed with firearms ought to carry stiff sentences, but instead lets just make more "laws" that make it harder for the law abiding to buy firearms.
