Good point. Utterly incompetent? Check. Blinded by racism? Check. Supports criminals? Check.

She's a shoe-in as Oblubber's next AG.

The judge is stupid.
He denied prosecution based on the fact that officers couldn't be convicted just for not using seat belts.
He said seat belt violation is not criminal.
He is stupid.
There was another case where a boyfriend had seatbelt and girlfriend didn't.
He drove the car into a wall and girlfriend died.
He was convicted of murder, not seat belt violation.
That stupid judge didn't think why it was not used.
It was to kill someone but dumb old judge dropped charges because it's the cops, not civilian.
That's how our system is always in favor of cops, whether bad or good.
The pigs very well knew putting him in the van all tied up but without seat belt will injure him, especially when they jam on the brakes and turn corners on purpose.
These are the very pigs that kill other good cops by public anger.
I wish very bad luck to these criminal cops who are now smiling behind the uniform. "See we killed that black guy and nothing happened. We can do it again and nothing will happen."

This is the most idiotic and vile comment I have read today.

It was a suicide. Freddie Gray was trying to injure himself in order to sue the police department. This is done all the time by criminals looking for a payday. When a city bus is involved in a traffic accident, the first thing the driver does is to lock the doors so that people cannot climb aboard and sue the city for injuries eventhough they were not even passengers.

Very good - that is not "one of the key sentences" -- it is the only reason she dropped the charges.
ALL of her prosecutors were going on the stand before the Judge before the next trial was to begin. The likelihood of Disbarment was strong - I'm sure they rebelled at going under Oath before the Trial Judge.

Before next trial in Freddie Gray case, prosecutors face legal 'minefield' over immunized testimony |Baltimore Sun 7/25/16
One state high court judge called the process a legal "minefield." An assistant attorney general representing the prosecution said it could present a "banquet of consequences" for them.

Officer Garrett Miller, 27, was compelled against his will to testify in the trial of Officer Edward Nero under a limited form of immunity that prevents prosecutors from using anything he said on the stand against him at his own trial.

Miller's trial is scheduled to begin Wednesday. Before it starts, Baltimore Circuit Judge Barry G. Williams is expected to hold a hearing to determine whether prosecutors took the proper steps to ensure the terms of that immunity agreement designed to protect Miller's constitutional right against self-incrimination have not been violated.

Never in Maryland has a defendant gone to trial after having been compelled to testify against a co-defendant. Mosby's Prosecutor Office forced 2 of the defendants to testify (with the help of the Maryland Supreme Court & Court of Appeals.

Disbarment charges have already been filed against Mosby and would have been filed against the other Prosecutors - add to that ..... several of the officers have already filed Civil Suits against Mosby with more to follow. Civil Suits could have also been filed against these new "clean team" Prosecutors.

In his rulings in the Gray cases, Judge Williams (respected Black Judge) has repeatedly found prosecutors presented little or no evidence to support the charges alleged. But he has allowed each of the trials to date to proceed. He has ruled that multiple discovery violations in the officers' trials, in which prosecutors failed to turn over evidence in a timely manner. Mosby claimed the Sheriff's Department did an independent investigation for her .... the Sheriffs denied under oath that ever happened. The Medical examiner "changed" her determination (unexplained why) from Accidental Death to Homicide ... this was discovered during the other trials.

Mosby began a Witch Hunt from Day 1 and filed these ridiculous charges exactly 12 days after Gray died. Her "No Justice, No Peace & I hear you (to the rioters) made it clear that this was Pure Politics & Mosby's Self-Aggrandizement from the very beginning. It's already cost the TAXPAYERS of Baltimore Millions of dollars and will cost them many more Millions of Dollars. All for a Political Agenda & BlackLivesMatter Rioters who were Burning & Looting.
