No, the poster said the shooter in this instance was previously arrested for assault in the same bar several years ago, and we could thank judges and prosecutors for loosing people like him on the American people. My issue is that the prior arrest for assault was probably just a fight. We should not expect him to be given a long prison term for that.

No wonder more and more countries are issuing travel warnings about travelling to the US.
