Shooting someone is not assault. I believe it's attempted murder.
No, the poster said the shooter in this instance was previously arrested for assault in the same bar several years ago, and we could thank judges and prosecutors for loosing people like him on the American people. My issue is that the prior arrest for assault was probably just a fight. We should not expect him to be given a long prison term for that.
They have not found the shooter. A more educated guess would presume a right winger that was unhappy a black man supported Trump. But, nobody knows so you lie. Shame on you.

Yes Andy you are right a Republican President named Abraham Lincoln BUT all the conservative democrats left the democratic party for the republican party in 1964 when LBJ signed the Civil Rights Act. Thats why the Republican Party today is a conservative political party. You would know that the political parties of today are nothing like they were in the 1860s.
