(7/27) Manhunt in Germany for Algerian man with terrorist connections, but not terror related manhunt (suspect, religion)

In Germany there is a manhunt underway for an Algerian man that caused an entire mall to be evacuated.

He has connections to Islamic terror groups, but they want him for leaving his psychiatric facility, not for any terror plots......yet it is so severe the man hunt is paralyzing parts of the city.

I guess you can't take any chances with the religion of peace.
