-Germany may or may not take more refugees, she won't say either way, but clearly both are possibilities. Germany can't turn its back on those seeking refuge.

-Germany will do a better job of screening refugees to root out ones inclined to criminal behavior.

-Terrorists want Germany to abandon its principles, so Germany must reaffirm its commitment to refugees.

-Most refugees are law abiding.

-Government needs to restore confidence.

She sounds like a big bully.

I remember in one of her "speech" (gag) Merkel made clear that she won’t accept Italy, Greece or Hungary not pulling their weight and opening their borders.

It can turn its back and it should.

She's a perfect example of the difference between intelligence and common sense.

They will.

Lol, good luck "screening" the refugees. There are multiple videos showing literally hundreds of refugees running through the border at once. How do you screen them when their countries of origin don't keep records on them? Ask verbally?

Screener: "Will you rape or kill anyone?"
Refugee: "Uh, no?"
Screener: "Ok, he's good! Let him in."

Terrorists want Germany to continue their principles so extremists can just walk across the border whenever they please, so it's actually the exact opposite. I find it hilarious that these idiots (particularly Merkel) don't believe they have contributed to their own recent problems with terrorism and violent crimes.

Agreed, but most of them don't want to abandon their strong Muslim principles and assimilate. Sharia, anyone?

The first way to do that would be to "turn their backs" on accepting more refugees...or Germans are going to become the minority in the next decade, similarly to England.

She continues bringing Germany (and the entire EU) down.
Reality didn't sink yet as she doesnt want to face the core issues.
I feel sorry for Europe.

She reminds me of Jack Nicholson in "Mars Attacks".

She is a dumb idiot. After all the death brought about by her policy she doubles down. What a fool. I would be afraid that the German people would hang me by my neck with piano wire if I were her.

Now there is a logical Mobius loop that will eventually end in the destruction of the universe.
