Raise the wages enough and you'll be able to hire people. You know, Adam Smith, Capitalism and all that.

YOU don't get it and it's hardly funny. Despite all the claims that Trump wasn't a politician and was somehow 'different', he continues to demonstrate everyday he's nothing but a BSing politician failing to live up to a raft of empty promises.

You also don't seem to get the simplest thing of all, if you want good employees you're gonna have to pay good wages.

If it's so easy to fill those positions, why does Disney use H1B's?

None. Zip. Nada.

Doubling the membership fee to $200,000/ year and raising fees for lodging, dining, golf, spa and so on created more than enough to pay a US worker say, $5/ hour more than the competition. Problem solved.

Instead, Trump Org chooses to increase their own profits. Trump is the sole beneficiary of his trusts.
A high profile place like Mar a Lago should not have any problem recruiting people. So it does seem like they are being cheap.

20 bucks an hour in Florida is a good wage. It's equal to about $35/hour in the northeast.

He hires foreign workers for all his U.S. properties.

Doesn't really jibe with that Americans First policy, now does it?
