Does that count?

Back to your neutral corners, people!

All this bickering between most of you conservatives and liberals in here is like a political version of the Celtics vs. Lakers. Just shut the hell up and vote for whoever you're voting for, and stop trying to impose your views on one another!

If you don't like Hillary, then don't vote for her.
If you don't like Jabba the Trump (much as I can't stand the Orange Ogre himself), then don't vote for him. Plain and simple.

Kanye West said he was serious about running for President. Maybe soon we can have him as Prez. and K. Kardashian as First Lady. After all, he speaks his mind, is a good businessman, and his wife is beautiful.

Because that's what the system has become.

Rotten, exploitive, corrupt to the core.

What was Trump doing?

Profiting off of the EXACT same things he now suddenly decries as against American values: cheap overseas manufacturing and hiring foreign workers.

Ripping off contractors and customers whenever it suited him - small businesses who did work at his casinos and got stiffed when he exploited Chapter 11, customers who put down money on his condos that never got built, and customers who put down money for his misleading and fraudulent "Trump University."

Stiffing charities he said he'd support in magnanimous claims of philanthropy.

Exploiting God knows what other loopholes that he clearly doesn't want us to know, which is why he's hiding his tax returns (unlike every other Presidential candidate in modern history).

In other words: looking out just for himself and screwing others around him. And now you guys believe he's going to suddenly become this great champion of the little guy? What kind of crack are you on? His track record says NOTHING to support it.

I don't like Hillary all that much, and she has plenty of skeletons in her closet, but at least she has SOMETHING to show... she did push for SCHIP, and it did provide critical health coverage to kids in poor families. She did at least stand up after 9-11 and push for real benefits for the first responders. Yes, she probably lied about her incompetent mismanagement of her emails. I think her Foundation has skirted laws and been shady at times. She has her share of shadiness.

But as far as standing up for anyone and championing ANY cause outside of his own self-enrichment and aggrandizement, Trump has NOTHING to show.

That's why I don't believe him now.

You're absolutely right. Why not? Those qualifications are really all it takes to impress the people.

Why should anyone refute a rhetorical question? And its not really "off topic" if the OP is being partisan in his/her attack.

I don't really like Hillary. However bad she is, Hillary has at least done something for other people. She did something for the 9-11 responders and for poor kids via SCHIP. Trump has done nothing. If I have to choose between the two, why would I chose Trump, who is even worse?

It doesn't bother you that Trump has only acted like the worst caricature of Mr. Smithers? Why are you willing to give him a pass on his disgusting behavior? Why do you like dishonest, narcissistic rip-off artists?

Irrelevant. Stay on topic. I'm not the one who is blabbing out of my pie hole about how bad overseas manufacturing is while personally profiting from it.

It's called "not paying your bills and stiffing small business contractors." That's what you think is good behavior for a Presidential figure?

If that's all he would have to hide, then he'd show those tax returns. The fact that he doesn't indicates he has something more to hide. So I wonder just how much he flirts with that fine line of "I pay as little taxes as possible" vs. "I exploit some really questionable loopholes."

So you really think that a businessman who goes back on his contractual agreements and refuses to pay his bills, stiffing small businesses and customers in the process, is a good behavior to be celebrated? Are you guys high?

Let me ask you this: if you ran a company and I employed you to provide some service, and then after you provide it I tell you to go F yourself and use my lawyers to weasel out of paying you, are you going to kiss my ass and tell me how much you admire me too?

How about if I promise to provide you a service - say making all kinds of misleading promises about my University - and then I rip you off and leave you with nothing in exchange for the money you paid me... are you going to sing my praises as a great guy?

And this is the kind of behavior you actually want from your President? And you think someone who behaves this way is going to look out for the working guy and care about your well being?

And let's be real; Bill and Hillary have found just as many loopholes as Trump or their net worth wouldn't be over $100mil. They just aren't as business savvy as Trump.
The other point is these (Evil Loopholes) are legal verses the Clinton Illegal activities of the last 30 years.
Once we shake off this convention we will find the DNC of Fantasy Politics will be replaced by the needs of the country.
