Trump is not negotiating with Putin. He put his foot in his mouth, yet again. But unless it can proven that he's in negotiation with Putin, this is laughable.

I take it she didn't like the jab, at not only Hillary, but the entire DNC for the leaked e-mails... How can anyone pass up a 2'fer???
