It's Mexicans offing other Mexicans. Maybe once enough of them STOP throwing their lives away; the survivors will start taking care of business.
Us "Irish" we were really bad about killing each other 100 years ago; even here in the US. WE had to step up and stop being Shanty Irish and, start becoming Lace Curtain Irish. Blaming the English and so on for our problems doesn't cut it in 2016.

If you were truly smart about immigration, you'd want to end the war on drugs. Or maybe you just don't want to feel responsible for being part of the problem. Either way, wake up and stop being foolish. You want to stop illegal immigrants from coming over then Mexico can't be a warzone and unstable.
