By that logic, Bill Clinton deserves all the credit for Globalization since he signed NAFTA and GATT. Al Gore deserves credit for developing the idea of Global Warming. Obama deserves all the credit for defeating Al Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden because of course he was president at the time.
