I would have laughed at that statement 2 years ago.

NAILED it.

At 8:39, CNN's front page has nothing on it not even as a little side story. But the front page story is Trump and babies.

Not shockingly, at 8:47, there was still no mention of this on ABC News: Breaking News & Latest Headlines

SHOCKINGLY, CBS News actually has a link to the story on their homepage (currently). The article they link to was a relatively weak propaganda piece.

Report: U.S. sent $400M cash to Iran as American detainees freed - CBS News

One thing is certain: words will be falling out of the lie holes of Obama and Josh Earnest, but at this point, neither have much credibility.

The timing is a bit suspicious to say the least even though the hostage release was separate from the nuclear negotiations, this was their money being returned as part of the nuclear deal, not ours.

what's with obama????

He spent 500 million dolars to train 54 syrian rebels, 50 of which bailed.

Apparently Obama has no concept of cost benefit or the sacrifice of taxpayers to supply him with endless cash to compensate for his irresponsible behavior.

Not to mention the 500 mill that went to Solyndra while it was going down in flames.

Is 500 million Obama's favorite number, 400 hunderd million jis 2nd favorite lucky number?

Can anyone here use a pile of cash otherwie wasted by obama?
Can you thionk of how that money might alternately be used?

Wonder what Iran will do with that money?

Bigger question is where did obama find 400 mill dollars?
Whose budget did that come from?

ABC News....

"General Lloyd Austin, the commander of U.S. Central Command leading the war on ISIS, told Congress today that only "four or five" of the first 54 U.S.trained moderate Syrian fighters remain in the fight against ISIS.

Austin told the panel that goal was not going to be met and that options are being explored about how to retool the program which was intended to train moderate Syrian rebels to fight ISIS. So far, $42 million has been spent to develop the $500 million program which began training in April. "

This. The timing is VERY "convenient", but to call it a ransom payment is intellectually dishonest. It's part of a settlement decided in international court at The Hague. It's money we owe them, according to international law.

Hard to believe Obama would lie!! Seriously, no problem believing he'd give money to his muslim buddies. Truth be known, he's probably given them much more than that.
