To be fair 80% of Bernie's home has been designated as a safe space.

You don't have to live in poverty in order to advocate for those in poverty. What makes some of you think that everyone must be Mother Teresa?

The only problem I have is when pols lie about it, like Hillary saying they were broke when they left the White House.

My home is valued for just about $600K, but I would hardly call it a luxury home compared to many of my friends who live in homes that were purchased for anywhere from 1.0 to 4.5 million dollars.

Nobody said he should live in poverty. People are saying that if you are against income inequality then it is hypocritical to live high above the average person.

Come on people, don't be so hard on the guy. Everyone knows that Sanders is just an average ordinary American! We all have two residences plus a spacious lakefront home used only for vacations! Nothing to see here!

In my case, I've lived in it for 30 years, but I bought my home for $160K.

So funny how liberals say that everything in the area is averaging that value. Of course the adjacent properties will be in the same price range.

Liberals can't read and acknowledge that Bernie supporters mostly are young people who hardly have a penny!

I bet you there are nice homes for less and don't get me wrong. I don't care where Bernie lives but when people like Bernie preach for equality than maybe he should show it by example and share this property with some of his supporters!

McMansion - A home that is larger and newer than mine which makes me feel inadequate and say derogatory things to boost my self confidence.

I had to stop following him, so I'm asking because I don't know. Is he against "income inequality"?
