Customers Stiff Waitress; Write 'We Only Tip Citizens' On Receipt

When I tip in cash (sometimes I do, sometimes I don't...usually depending on how much I'm tipping and how much I have in cash, since I don't usually carry a lot of cash but know, as a former server, that many do prefer cash....), I write "cash" in big letters on the "tip" line.

Also, this is clearly a hoax.
