Minorities have had to live in the mire produced by that disease since stepping foot here. Everyone else is catching up.
People throw around statistics about X or Y group commits a certain percentage of the crimes so it makes sense to target them, but they don’t understand how circular that all is. The statistics are based on arrest statistics and if we are targeting or profiling, then of course the numbers will reflect that.

I doubt it works that way. More likely the police concentrate their limited resources on the major dealers who bring the product into the area, not low level people who distribute it to individual users. And that is why most of the arrests are of Hispanics and blacks from outside the state.
Donald Trump should have chosen LePage as his running mate rather than Pence. Lol.
