Why don't you people just stop typing on the keyboard, pick up your guns and fight against the tyranny. Me I am going to have another beer and watch it on youtube. The Bundy's need a few good men to brake them out of jail, start there.
Have more beer. Brake a leg. We'll take it from here.

What are you yammering on about? I don't go on about fighting tyranny, but very rarely. Matter of fact, I tend to discount talk of civil war and such. The post you quoted was about people defending their communities against gangs and other criminals. THAT is something I can get behind. Violent criminals have touched my life twice, once, against someone more precious to me than my own life. Not something you would want to watch on YouTube, over a beer. But that is where my reasons for owning and training with weapons for defense stem from. Not Walter Mitty fantasies about going over the top, waving a flag.
So don't even compare me with a bunch of besotted clowns, who are 100# overweight, dosed up with liquid courage, and fueled by Rambo movies. Trying to stereotype me will have you up way past your bedtime.

I like that approach. It would keep folks who think the same out of the way of real progress.
Waaaay more people have guns than the anti's realize.
They know that, but they don't want everyone to know that. If they can make you think that your "Not Normal" and in a minority group, you may think twice about owning a gun. Its just another game they play.
Deceitful Gun Owner who thought his rights to own a gun trumped other's rights to not live with gun owner. That is what you do not understand. You have your rights but others have their rights to not be living/around YOU with your guns.
At least my gun owing husband acknowledges my rights as his wife to not be around his guns (combination safe in home). or with him when carrying.
You want others to accept you and your gun. Not going to happen, and the 2nd Amendment does not extend that far to others to be unable to choose to not be around you. Live with it.
Simple enough to solve. Exercise your "Rights" and hit the road without a gun, to a place where there are no guns. Problem solved. The 2nd gives a right to own a gun. Doesn't care about where you want to be. If it came to a choice between you and my guns, let me help you pack.
I have no problem with gun ownership. I find it ironic that those with guns are fearful and those that don't own them are not
I have no problem with not wanting to own guns. I find it ironic that those with guns, are tuned into the reality that there are bad folks out there, who would kill you for a dollar, and the ones without guns are oblivious to life, and what you read about "ALWAYS" happens to some one else.
I believe you live in Maryland, yes? If so, your daughter carrying Mace is considered carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.
Had she been stopped or used it to ward off an attack she would have been charged as such.
The secret word here is "Charged." You can be Charged with anything. Being "Convicted" is another whole world. NO Prosecutor in his/her, right mind would ever even want to go to Court and try convicting a woman for using Mace on a man trying to rape her. Get a grip.

That's not quite correct. There was a man illegally carrying a gun in NYC. He shot six people trying to rob him. He's convicted for illegally carrying a gun.
Thanks! You should by ten. And my name is "Did the NRA take my wallet?!"
Thanks, but "One" will do, and the first thing that goes on it will be a "Muzzle Brake."
