Fired from the employer is constitutional. Deportation not, but people have the constitutional right to argue for it.

Seriously though, most of them will be broke in 5 years and have early onset dementia. They're free to do as they please, but their actions will do little to their cause. Its a failed attempt and it mostly just made them look like attention craving a-holes.
Yes this protest should turn the tide and get everyone to unite, nothing like athletes bringing the country together for a cause.

Pre game ceremonies at the Cowboys-Giants game was a class act. President Bush was there with his wife. Many players went out of their way to shake his hand.
