A Muslim woman wearing religious clothing was set on fire by a stranger as she perused the windows on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan over the weekend, police sources said Monday.
Cops are still trying to determine whether the incident was a hate crime motivated by her religion, a source said.
Nemariq Alhinai, 35, was walking in front of Valentino’s department store at 9 p.m. Saturday when she felt a warm sensation on her left arm, the sources said. She looked down and noticed her blouse was on fire.
She patted out the flames and then saw an unknown man standing next to her with a lighter in hand. The man walked away on East 54th Street. Police are looking for the suspect, law-enforcement sources said.
I don't condone attacks like that. But, I notice the police are always looking for a "hate crime" when the victim isn't white, straight or Christian before the suspect and motive is even identified. But set a white person on fire and short of the suspect admitting it was a "hate crime" the police almost never find one .
People are ridiculous. They can't live and let live. And setting a woman on fire is barbaric.
Concerning the violence of white people, some black people assault whites through American leaders telling black people white people have been dangerous and violent towards blacks. Maybe teaching black people white people are the race of love and peace will stop black on white attacks?
Or maybe we need to face the fact some whites have been violent towards blacks, some Muslims have been violent towards non-Muslims, and no one has the justified moral right to assault innocent whites or Muslims that ste not harming or threatening them.
I know black people attack whites and non-Muslims attack Muslims I don't require daily reminders of what I'm aware of. If you're not reporting whites attacking blacks or Muslims attacking non-Muslims then you probably have an agenda.
The thing is blacks and whites have been here from the beginning. All these foreigners such as muslims were allowed in due to legislation in 1965 and mostly much more recent than that. They were forced on us pretty much against our will with no end in sight, for the sole purpose of demographic replacement. And that authorities treat them like they were some long oppressed minority through out American history takes the cake.
