Is Ivanka scary? LOL!
I came late to this thread -- is it too late to suggest that it belongs in the psychology or relationships forum? Someplace where men discuss their mommy issues?
Who cares about Ivanka. She's not going to run the country; the worst she will do is pick out tacky White House décor.

She seems to have already influenced Dad on maternity leave.
No, Hillary is not the type of strong women that I admire. There's a difference between strong and a b*tch (a woman who will try to force her way without respect for others)...Hillary.
She seems like the scary kind Yea I get she's attractive and has the look but look at her and talk to her, she has that feel about her. I get spooked like she is going to yell at you and destroy your ego and make you cry...
Are you such a woos that you can't take a little yelling?
I have met her twice, through business, and had several follow-up conversations by phone. Smart as hell, came in with her lawyers and numbers men in their fancy suits, but she led the conversation from their side of the table. Knows construction, knows commercial real estate. And just to add insult to injury, she is gorgeous and has a nice personality, too.
I'd vote for HER! And then we'd have our first Jewish President! She converted when she married Jared Kushner, and she is observant.
Agreed tho the crazy thing is Chelsea's Jewish AND I'm guessing sanders kids are, too.

True. Traditionally, first ladies have had some influence on policy matters pertaining to women, children, and families. It is said that she influenced Trump on his latest child care plans, and that is fine. However, while the subject of child care is definitely important to Americans, its not a topic that makes people nervous about a Trump administration. There's more concern with his actions in respect to minorities, the economy, and U.S. military involvement abroad. Ivanka could turn out to be a credit to a Trump administration, or not, but I don't think that focusing on her is going to help much in making a final choice; she is not going to be a significant factor driving the electorate one way or the other.

I don't think she personally is scary, but I do sometimes wonder if we're electing a president, or the equivalent of a Royal Family....

We still have a constitution and term limits. Who cares if he gets advice from his kids? Obama gets advice from Valerie Jarrett, who was a friend from Chicago. She's said to be his closest advisor and the one he listens to the most. Presidents have the right to get advice from family or friends.

I hope he will get advice from his kids and listen to them.
