Well, the 2nd Amendment does say, The People. Not any special person, and does not deny any person, like they want us all to believe it does. It doesn't even say Citizen.

Actually, he was FROM Afghanistan, and was living and captured in New Jersey. But yes at least give the right state credit for taking him down. Two Linden, NJ cops were shot in the process, I doubt they would appreciate people thinking it all happened in New York.

I observed a reference to the Somali Mall attack, which I believe was Minnesota.
The anti gun nuts will blame NY gun law failures on the available of guns in Idaho or Wyoming and just gloss over why those places don't have the "gun" problem that liberal utopias do.
