Voters across Russia handed a sweeping victory to President Vladimir Putin's allies in a parliamentary election on Sunday. But in two regions Reuters reporters saw inflated turnout figures, ballot-stuffing and people voting more than once at three polling stations.
In the Bashkortostan region's capital Ufa, in the foothills of the Urals, Reuters reporters counted 799 voters casting ballots at polling station number 284. When officials tallied the vote later in the day, they said the turnout was 1,689.
At polling station 591 in the Mordovia regional capital of Saransk, about 650 km south-east of Moscow, reporters counted 1,172 voters but officials recorded a turnout of 1,756.
Reuters sent reporters to a random sample of 11 polling stations across central and western Russia on polling day, including in and around Moscow.
At three of them, there were large discrepancies between the number of voters Reuters reporters counted, and the number that officials recorded. At four of the other eight, there were also some irregularities, including smaller discrepancies in the voter tallies and people saying they had been paid or pressured to vote.
Out of 11 random polling stations, there were discrepancies at 7 of them.

So it does happen, why do you say there are no facts, even your link says it does? I'm sure people don't stand in line and say, sure, I've voted multiple times....
Thread fail.....
It's a catch 22. If we don't bother to catch voter fraud, there will not be any voters caught committing fraud, and no voter fraud to point to. If we did not have any way to catch people speeding on the highway, then an unscrupulous person could claim no one is speeding.
If there are no solid measures put into place to catch voter fraud, like an ID to verify the identity of the voter, then how can we catch people either voting for nonexistent people, or the dead, or assuming the identity of someone else, or the people who are registered to vote in two or more states?
The dems don't want to institute any new laws will either catch voter fraud, or to prevent it. As long as we have voter ID systems in place which can easily be manipulated, we will seldom ever catch the people singularly focused on committing voter fraud.
Like everything else that threatens them, the dems will scream racism, in an attempt to stop the discussion and shut everyone up.
Thirty one documented instances? They could've gotten at least that many here in our municipal elections every four years and we only have 800 registered voters. Most of them are people who live in the Zip Code but not the Town and attempt to vote. Some are nonresident property owners who historically were allowed to vote. That ended by Federal Court order in 1986 but that doesn't stop some of them from trying.
Then there's just the plain old stupid people who think because they want to live here they should be allowed to vote.
Like I said in a different thread, Maryland touts itself as the smartest state in the US.
Almost half of registered voters believe that voter fraud exists somewhat or often, only 1% say never. Pretty much a mirror of the poll here on CD. So how do people get convinced lacking facts.
I saw it attempted when I went to vote.
Many of the automated voting machines can be in trouble as reported by government officials.
There is a reason for no ID, fraud.
I don't know based on Department of Homeland Security statements how this thread even starts unless as a cartoon for humor.
Why risk any voter fraud when you can require an ID to vote just like everything else in the world?
Because voter fraud is how the dems win tight election races.
We have over 6 million people in the US who are registered to vote in more than one state. With only about 28 states participating in the cross-state voters check database, we could have well over 12 million people registered in multiple states.

Except....that's Russia. We're not Russia. Russia has nothing to do at all with the OP. Statistically speaking, there is no vote fraud in the US.

Automated voting machines are not equivalent to trouble, did the BOE notify the authorities.

Well "could have" does not equate to actual proof, we could have a lot of things. Do you have a link to this information and the follow up investigations at least in those 28 states?
