The Supreme Court is here for a reason. Agree or disagree with some of their decisions, they have completely settled the issue of if requiring a permit for protest is constitutional. They aren't saying you have to have a permit, but if a city or state wants to require it, they can. End of story.

well the riots have already started today - this was from yesterday when an SUV ran through a group of protestors.

And pk - you're anti-cop - we've addressed most of the questions you've posed already - there is no sense beating a dead horse - we aren't changing our minds and you aren't changing your so let's move on to other questions.
