Saw this story on the local news, and like I figured...
Same dregs of society would jump on this forum and call him a hood rat/thug, mock the man's death, call BLM a "terrorist group" and accuse every nonwhite person in the neighborhood of inciting riots and looting, bring up black-on-black violence to take the heat off their own asses, wash, rinse, and repeat. You people are predictable, sad, and pathetic.
And lastly, what he was holding in his hand before he was murdered was an e-cig. He probably had a habit of vaping.
The nine pages of nastiness toward the victim is sickening. So many here proudly display their complete lack of decency and empathy. I don't understand this. One of the things that bothers me most, is some of the posters that have been the most hateful have professed faith in Christ in other threads, yet refuse to act anything like Him.
Who are the strongest and fastest athletes in professional sports? Black men, and they're rightfully proud of it...
Actually, if you look at professional strength athletes - power lifters and strongman competitors - very few of them are black and the vast majority of champions are white of European descent.

What happened to this man was sad as he suffered from psychological problems. With that said, his death is not to blame on the police. This man made a sudden move by pulling his hands out of his pockets and pretending as if he had a gun and even made a shooting gesture with whatever he pulled out of his pockets.
The criticism in thread is aimed more at these idiotic protesters who right away want to jump to conclusions rather than hearing the facts first!
Some people think police officers are clairvoyant.
What would those who criticize split second decisions do in a similar situation with a man pointing something at them while in a shooting stance? or holding a gun while not complying with police orders?
Would those who criticize police give the man with a gun, or possibly a gun, the benefit of the doubt it wasn't a gun or he wouldn't shoot them dead if it was a gun?
There is wayyyy more to this one. I suppose if you do enough "controlled substance" you can develop mental problems. If they ran the guy's BGC no wonder they were wary.
However, Olango has had some run-in's with the law in the past. According to public records he was convicted of two felony's in 2000, one for possession of a firearm and another possession of a controlled substance, but nothing in the last decade. And nothing that referenced mental illness, which his cousin confirmed, but did say he hadn't been close to Olango since they were kids. "He didn't have no mental problems.
Pulling what looks like a weapon and pointing it at police officers in a "shooting stance" and ending up shot isn't due to racism. Or police brutality. Or "lack of empathy". Or lack of training.
If all of the charges on this guy's laundry list were sentenced fully this guy would have been deported and not ventilated by stupidity.
