I don't care who wears dreadlocks, but they look ridiculous on anyone that isn't black.

As to cultural appropriation, i don't even know what the hell that means.

It's interesting how these same people will have no problem going out and buying a pizza. I doubt many of these social justice weenies come from Sicily which means they're appropriating Sicilian culture when they make or buy pizza. Perhaps people should start harassing all the progressives for the fact they never make a fuss over getting pizza.

Some folks will whine about almost anything.

Nobody "owns" a hairstyle. That is patently ridiculous.

Sometimes, these things are born out of frustration when people are recognized for things that have exited long before they ever did it.

Bo Derek and her famous cornrows back in the 70's was major eyeroll material for black women who'd been wearing the things for decades. I remember clearly how the media went all gaga over her appearance. It seemed like the most ridiculous thing i'd ever heard at the time.

In any case, cultural appropriation is nothing but cool appropriation. That's what humans do.

Those aren't dreadlocks. Those are braids. Huge difference.

Some can pull it off-but most, I agree.

I've yet to see someone who is non black with dreads that look good. Hell, a hell of a lot of black people wear dreads that don't look good either.

I personally think Kyle Beckerman looks good with dreads. Also what about albinos with dreads?
