Anyone who has ever had to shoot a human being , even to descend their life and/or those of loved ones, won't be able to ,honestly, say that it was just no biggy. No sane person, anyway. It effects you. The cop who shot this thug is probably still second guessing it all. If he's not, and doesn't feel anything over it, he shouldn't even have a gun, let alone be a cop.

Shooting someone, for any reason, is no small thing. Even defending yourself from violent attack, without a gun, leaves a scar. One such.case I'm all to familiar with, I doubt the person will ever fully recover from. Soldiers in combat, cops on duty, armed citizens, doesn't matter, nobody in their right mind WANTS to have to end a life. In the case of criminals , who put themselves in a position to be shot, its easy for some to say its no big deal, but they're not the ones had to squeeze the trigger. In this case, my sympathies lie with the cop.

Not just because his actions were justified, but because he had to make that call, and end a life. That's car from an easy thing. These "protesters" would do better to understand that....

The better question is, did this young man value his own life?

The people he would have shot with that gun lives matter as well. I own several firearms. I do not run around town with them in my hand .

That's what we pay police officers for. In this case, the perp is no longer a member of society. Problem solved. I would advise all Americans, regardless of race or ethnicity, to take notice. Play around with weapons around the police, and they just might neutralize your threat.

Truly. In the end, he's the one who forced the cop to have to make the choice of lethal force. The wrong done is owned by him. A d there is a lot to own.

And the Soros paid agitators already started to mingle. Oh wait, LA already has plenty of Agitators.

"I don't care if he had a gun, his life matters"

You can't fix stupid
Too bad she never could get her pistol toting son to buy into lives of human beings matter, other than just himself.

Apparently gang law allows carrying unlicensed firearms and since everyone is doing it, for some unfathomable reason, it must be okay.

Imagine a culture where it is acceptable to kill someone for wearing wrong colored shirt, ratting on a murderer or being dissed verbally, being upset about a thug who kills and colludes with others to kill without mercy.

with that culture going strong and BLM advocating the murder of cops it is surrising more thugs don't get shot by cops.

BLM still can't figure out how to not get shot by cops....amazing!

Yep 10 year peace officer here. I know the "can't fix stupid" motto all too well

You are inferring that he was disadvantaged growing up and that somehow justifies him becoming a common thug. Lots of people, black and white, grow up in poor families and/or dysfunctional families. Most of them manage to find their way in the world. As an adult he made a bad choice and paid dearly for it.
