Funny,

We don't see the scumbag corporate elite having to give back their bonuses for doing a crappy job and running a company into the ground. Risking life and death and the poor guys can't keep 10-15 grand. This is ridiculous.

Looks as if the recruitment officers were behind this in attempt to increase their enlistment numbers. If our soldiers were promised this, they should be allowed to keep the bonus. The army, not the enlistees, is responsible for the fraud of their recruitment officers.
