We have no idea if he sent or received any classified information on his personal email. We have no idea if any of his emails will be upclassified. The fact is that he used a personal email for work purposes, which is frowned upon and which he was asked not to do - just as Hillary did, but he attacks her for the same behavior.
And Hillary never received or sent a properly marked classified email via her private server. Not one of the three emails in question had a large C at the top of the email as they were supposed to. Two of the emails were improperly marked with a "(c)" in the body of the text in a forward chain, that she obviously didn't read, and they were not supposed to have any markings because they weren't classified. Somebody who didn't know what they were doing made a mistake. The one email that had a "(c)" in the body, without the proper large C at the top of the email, was the lowest level of classified. That was simply a stupid error.
And the same with the chains that had content and no markings at all. It's not a stretch that something questionable is going to be found with Chaffetz emails. He shouldn't be using a personal email for work at all and congress should be held to the same standards as Hillary. It's criminal that he exempt himself from parts of the law.
You don't know what email Chaffetz uses.
Hillary used a private email the entire time she was in the senate, and while SoS, that we know for sure.

Those are the facts.
We know what email he uses. He stated as much in the hearings. Cummings stated it and he acknowledged it. And then he said Congress is not subject to the same laws. Which is bologna in my opinion. It shouldn't be that way.
There are ways to properly Mark an email as classified. Nothing she ever sent or received was properly marked as classified. She never created a classified email. She responded to forward that were improperly marked or simply received email that had content but she never responded to. . I said this 1000 times already.
Give me a break with the 2200 retroactive classified emails.

No it wasn't openly known until the State Department informed the House Select Committee on Benghazi in February 2015 that Hillary had been using a private email account and her own server exclusively to conduct government business, which was then reported by the New York Times on March 2, 2015.
Why do you keep lying and making claims you can't back up? Do you have an honest bone anywhere in your body?
What difference would it make? All the yelling was about the fact that her system could've been vulnerable to for an entry. The same goes for any public server
And that's exactly why the State Dept has secure non-public servers for the communication of classified information.
We're going to find out, aren't we. We DO know that there was enough evidence upon a cursory inspection that another FBI investigation team turned the emails over to Comey for further investigation, which then warranted the re-opening of the criminal investigation of Hillary.
What kind of work do you do. You seem to not understand IT and not be able to grasp the very basic problem, and the subsequent consequences.
And, again, I'd have to ask why you're so hell-bent on defending Hillary, who's so incompetent. She's not fit to serve as POTUS.
She used the closed system for classified emails. This has been stated over and over. Again, the vast majority of classified information sent/received electronically was sent via the closed system, not to her blackberry. Why is this not being digested? And in Washington she did not use email at all for classified information.
What kind of work do you do that you do not seem to grasp that the president, ambassadors, intelligence agents, etc were not emailing her @hillaryclinton.com?
