Canada and the U.S. have signed an agreement that paves the way for the militaries from either nation to send troops across each other's borders during an emergency,
Since Canada sends us oil we desperately need, I would say that they've purchased the best army that money could buy.
I would agree! Seriously though, dh and I were in a bar in Montreal.We started talking to this guy about stuff. Hubby mentioned he was in the U.S. Navy. Guy pretty much said their Navy was a joke. They just know we will be there when they need.
Keep in mind that California has more people than all of Canada.
