If they are shutting down public streets then no, that is not in the Constitution. Their rights END where mine BEGIN. If they are blocking roads, they are breaking the law. They should be arrested.
There is a rally of hundreds if not a 1000 or more in Chicago. Another one is getting organized in Phoenix where high school kids walked out of class this afternoon. It's going to grow.
