I had to laugh at what Trump wanted to do within the first 100 days and McConnell said no way at many of them.

The first time he has a good idea that does not enrich someone internally or their funders. He will get stalled or stonewalled by legislative maneuvers.

What he could do is make issues like this a massive public education program by making it a reality show to get revenue for the U.S. Treasury.

If he was smart one of the first things he would do is outlaw riders in legislation and require it all to be less than a certain length and voted on one topic at a time and publicized like a reality show for true transparent representation so the people could insure no 'bridges to nowhere' and the like occur.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rider_(legislation)
Earmarks would be another legislative tool to scrutinize and put under microscope like a prime time TV show. I'm certain the Donald could find a way to make it interesting... like letting Bernie Sanders sit on panel with Joe the Plumber and a celebrity who has hit bottom (Danny Bonaduce?).

Defense: The rise of the 'zombie' earmark - POLITICO

If he does this, (go after cleaing up the process by taking away the legislative weasel tools) watch the legislative gatekeepers in committees go apoplectic.
Obama has tried end around before on issues / bills so what's good for the goose is good for the gander.

Could be a very enlightening educational four years. Personally I'd take a bi partisan selection of the least politically experienced and like in a corporation give them a mandate to fix a government program at a time while under a deadline that is also broadcast call it "The Apprentice Legislative Project" or the Jefferson Smith Bill Making Session.

There are many ways to fix ILLEGAL immigration by simply making any ILLEGAL immigrant found in USA subject to their country of origins laws on treatment of ILLEGAL immigrants i.e. show the double standard on world stage. Use Mexico's ILLEGAL immigrant law on Mexicans in USA ILLEGALLY, right on down the line. Another would be reciprocity clause on legal immigration: only as many can come form a country as those who depart the US for it.

Make it like Sports trades. We give Canada X number of disenchanted celebrities and we take X number of Canadians.

For all the disenchanted disenfranchised BLM protest types we can let Samuel L Jackson lead them like Moses to South Africa and we will take all those oppressed by current South African government to the USA! We'll pay the transportation cost.

It could be REALLY fun to enlighten the double standard of above the law political types by (if possible through Executive Order) to simply have clawback, tieback, and sunset clauses in all legislation.

Here's a 'tieback' example: If politicians want to place some former criminals of various degrees of felony crimes in a area they have to be subject to the same in their midst. The feral non parented have to attend their children or grandchildren's school play in their neighborhood etc...

Clawback would be sort of what he implied with making the countries US Armed forces are stationed in PAY for the benefits they provide or defer the host country from paying as a host country's expense.

But alas, these type of actions will likely lead to his expedited demise in one way or the other.

See you liberals are a lost cause. You just throw out baseless insults and there's no bridge building with them whatsoever.

Trump's clothing products are manufactured in the Third World, right?

He should move manufacturing to America if he's serious about giving his voters jobs. That would be a good start. Something tells me he won't do that though. Guess they voted for another "globalist". Lol.

Is it that the brown and black working class think they have a special hook?
Globalism is no longer a choice. Our economy is so intertwined with the rest of the world that to actually implement Trump's isolationist economic ideas would sink us into another recession. The price of goods would rise considerably due to the tariffs he wants to impose which negatively impacts working class people. The amount of money it would cost businesses to relocate their manufacturing here would be staggering which would cause an increase in the price of those goods as well. The jobs that they would bring with them (that wouldn't be replaced by robotics) would likely pay minimum wage or close to, not really creating an blue collar middle class.

Basically his economic plan is terrible.

OMG! You mean Hillary is for globalization? Like almost every other member of the political and business class? Including Trump?

LOL @ "working" class. More like the entitled class that doesn't want to put in the necessary work to get ahead but kicks a fit when other groups do.

But yes, it's only a matter of time before they get the shaft. These politicians tend to be more similar than different.

"You liberals"

Please.

It's Big Business that's screwing you and everyone else. Not "the liberals."

Stop listening to AM radio and think for yourself.
