Let's see how long they last and how fervent they become. My bet is it'll simmer down over the next few days and weeks. Unlike the right who protested Obama's convincing victories for years after the elections.
Yeah, let's wait until the inauguration and get back to me on that
The point of the post was that these are basically the same people who were saying just last week that we should all respect the integrity of the process! That is.. until the process produces a result they don't like.

Look up the definition of fascism. Here in Canada - the progressives call themselves the "natural ruling party"- That only they should have power over the populace. What has happened her in Ontario Canada is that the progressives have taken over..We have never had such a monetarily corrupt government like this...they are robbing us blind and making life hard for everyone.

Basically the same people or actually the same people? A lot of people like to claim it's hypocrisy when one person on the left (or right) says one thing and another person does the something else. It isn't. Not everybody on the left claims to be "tolerant" and not everybody on the right claims to be a moral saint, so we really need to get over applying the hypocrite label to groups of people based on the words and actions of individuals.

Beyond that that, double standards are rampant in politics and are pretty much human nature. I don't really see the point in making a big deal about every new example of such.

If you had said that when Obama was elected, the left would have called you racist and unpatriotic!

Also, the same people who derided and condemned the violence at Trump's rallies are setting fires, smashing windows and overturning cars or at the least, refusing to condemn those who do.

The same people who called Trump the candidate of hate or derided him for hate speech burned him in effigy and chanted vulgarities directed at him just hours after he gave a speech calling for healing and reconciliation.

The rampant hypocrisy of the left is on FULL display.
They didn't vote for him. That's all they are saying. big deal.

Liberals during presidential campaign:
"OMG, the process is NOT rigged! How could you even say that!? You must be a conspiracy theorist"

Liberals after presidential campaign:
"The process is rigged!", "But she had more votes!", "Trump cheated!", "This is bull****, i don't accept this result!", etc

They don't even bother to say it's rigged! They just don't like the results so he's "not their president"!
These are also the same people who railed against Trump for saying it's rigged but conveniently forgot about Al Gore and his supporters saying the same thing for YEARS!!

People have said vile things about Obama & his family.

Some of you have selective memory, though.

One thing that is pretty consistent is every election, one group has a tantrum.
It's always gonna be that way especially when you have gullible people on both sides who listen to talk radio and believe, "democrats are anti American and republicans are racists". Johnson and Lincoln both created wounds for people on both sides that will never heal, we will never be unified as Americans, just like the Shia and the Sunni's except we don't make a habit of killing each other over differences no matter how ridiculous they might be.
