Trump is an absolute liar and hopefully they come out, whether it's through Wikileaks or any other source. Reneging this way is Trump openly admitting he has things the public would be angry to learn.

Default Day 3 : Trump will not release tax returns

Despite numerous promises to release his returns once the audit was done and echoed throughout the campaign by his team, Kellyanne made clear today, Trump is not required to do so and will not do so

Wonder if he ever had any intent to release or if the audit uncovered something he would prefer to not disclose?

I will be generous and say this is really bad form on his part.

I voted Trump but did not drink the Kool aid.

Obviously he has something to hide, or many things to hide. To lie throughout the campaign and say he would release them "after the audit" and then refuse after being sworn in? Whatever is in there is obviously very damaging.

Supposes there was an audit to begin with. Anyway, he's not required to release them in any way. It goes to his credibility if he doesn't release them when the audit, if there is an audit at all, is concluded but since we have no way of knowing if there is one or when it would been done there's not really anything to draw from it for several years.

It's a good thing. I hear those tax returns prove that he's linked with the Russians and white nationalists!

No win situation if President Trump releases his tax returns. He's no dummy.

Even CNN agrees there is an audit. And apparently he is being audited all the way back to 2009.

Trump campaign releases letter confirming IRS audit - CNNPolitics.com

So I ask again, has this audit been completed? If not, then Trump hasn't broken any promises.

What Tax returns?

Trump never pays taxes. He can't release something he doesn't have.

Who cares? What are you expecting them to tell you? The election is way over.
