Obama's IRS deliberately and maliciously treated the service as a political hack machine with the blessing of the top criminals at the IRS. Fire the entire IRS and start over with unbiased management.

Well of course, you have to comply with the rules for leaving. That's common sense. But once that's all squared away you can leave and never be required to deal with the U.S. Government again.
