I would take a bet that there is a long list of people that will never be invited to Trump's White House! Besides some of the pro athletes I would bet many of the big celebrities on TV, in the movies and news will never get any invite. Besides; some of them are too busy heading for Jupiter!
The invitation isn't from Donald Trump, it's from the President of the United States. If you respect the office, you accept the invitation regardless of who occupies it.
I'm sure President Trump will lose a ton of sleep over this. Of course he has Brady and Belicheck for sports pals so there's that.
