The ACA restricted our ability to choose a smaller package of benefits, initiated a penalty against those who were still unable to afford it, created unworkable subsidies, forced insurers to take anyone which leads to overcharging the healthy and under-charge the sick. Since ACA forces managed-competition, insurers are incentivized to under-provide to the sick. Insurers also began offering much narrower networks, often times leaving out the best doctors and facilities since they weren't affordable in the plan.
Yep, this worked like a charm.
With this act, the White House predicted that just in 2012 the economy would grow by 4.6 percent, unemployment would drop to 6 percent, and the budget deficit would shrink to a mere 3.5 percent of GDP.
Growth has actually stagnated at roughly 2.38% between 2009 and 2016, unemployment has only dropped 2.8%, budget deficit is around 3.2% of GDP. All of that came at a cost of adding over $6.6 TRILLION to our deficit. Great job, don't you think?
"Four years later, Dodd-Frank's pernicious effects have shown that the law's critics were, if anything, too kind. Dodd-Frank has already overwhelmed the regulatory system, stifled the financial industry and impaired economic growth.
According to the law firm Davis, Polk & Wardell's progress report, Dodd-Frank is severely taxing the regulatory agencies that are supposed to implement it. As of July 18, only 208 of the 398 regulations required by the act have been finalized, and more than 45% of congressional deadlines have been missed."

Obama didn't end the War in Iraq. Hate to burst your bubble there....
"At the White House on Saturday, however, when talking about his decision to use military force against the al-Qaida-related ISIS terrorist group in Iraq, Obama said removing all U.S. troops from Iraq was not “my decision.”
"“So let’s just be clear: The reason that we did not have a follow-on force in Iraq was because the Iraqis were--a majority of Iraqis did not want U.S. troops there, and politically they could not pass the kind of laws that would be required to protect our troops in Iraq,” said Obama"

The combat mission is NOT over in Afghanistan, even today. And won't be any time in the near future.
"President Obama halted the withdrawal of American military forces from Afghanistan on Thursday, announcing that the United States will keep thousands of troops in the country through the end of his term in 2017 and indefinitely prolonging the American role in a war that has already lasted 14 years."

Yes, he finally (after 16 hours of holding up the troops) allowed them to take out Bin Laden. I'll give him that.
It actually cost the taxpayers $11.7 billion dollars. ($10.5 billion in GM, and $1.2 billion in Chrysler)
The U.S. auto bailout is officially over. Here's what America lost and gained.
Yep. And this allowed banks to merge and now have lobbying power to buy off Congress. Way to go!

Israel and Russia both show an utter disdain for Obama. While we don't necessarily need to be their best friend, the old mantra of "Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer" applies here. Since Russia has the capability to start a nuclear war if provoked it is much more wise to remain civil with the country to keep them in check. Obama should have worked more towards keeping superpowers on our side than making friends with countries like India, which really add very little in strategic power.
In obscure data tables buried deep in its 2016 budget proposal, the Obama administration revealed this week that its student loan program had a $21.8 billion shortfall last year, apparently the largest ever recorded for any government credit program.

Let's see....... tests have been doctored (the higher the score, the better the funding).
All of these elements are problematic. Evaluating teachers in relation to student test scores will have many adverse consequences. It will make the current standardized tests of basic skills more important than ever, and even more time and resources will be devoted to raising scores on these tests. The curriculum will be narrowed even more than under George W. Bush’s No Child Left Behind, because of the link between wages and scores. There will be even less time available for the arts, science, history, civics, foreign language, even physical education. Teachers will teach to the test. There will be more cheating, more gaming the system.

I didn't know Donald Trump did all of that too?
