The responsibility to quell the protest and riots is on the sitting president and democrat leaders. Not Trump

Some who seem more inclined to incite the discontent.

Morons on/in media are trying to put the responsibility on Trump who is not in office. It is the sitting president who needs to step up. He may be afraid to do that because of the recent examples where his supporters don't listen to him and he is wanting to avoid embarrassment. Another failure to lead.

Trump supporters may have to make it clear we have his back if he is going to carry out the change we elected him to do.

Hmm I still think the protests against obama were worse. Anyone who destroys things is an idiot but the vile racism that occurred when Obama was elected was bad.

If I voted for trump based on his third party qualities, which IMO is the hands off foreign policy, trade, and the break down of the political class he is off to an awful start judging by the people he is surrounding himself with.
I think he is going to do something on immigration not what you guys wanted but more than Clinton would have fine, he is going to deregulate as much as possible, he is going to dismantle the ACA which will make the insurance of people like me much better but its going to go back to millions uninsured, in other words your typical Republican.

I thought the municipal/county police were responsible for enforcing the law in local jurisdictions when criminal acts occur.

Are you suggesting a state of national emergency exists?

Regardless of what you want to think, most Liberals do not condone rioting and criminal acts. Moreover, if you really cared you would look up the transcripts of speeches where Obama discourages rioting.

We are suggesting the candidate who was so shocked that her opponent said he would wait before accepting the results get up and tell the people to accept the results.

Garcetti Mayor of L.A is making things worse. To further his political agenda. He's called Trump sexist, racist and still continues with the rhetoric and SJW agenda after election.

He says he's feel like protesting too !

Garcetti says he might be marching with anti-Trump protesters if he weren't mayor | KFI AM 640

Media, Obama, Michelle, Sanders, Warren, etc should ALL be condemning these protest. Obama sould also be telling them that he has given the police full authority/support in making arrest as they see fit.

Trump shouldn't have to say a word because anything he says could make them even more unhinged.
